SaborAM is the result of Anna's passion for art, creativity and cuisine. After receiving her Bachelors Of Arts, Anna attended The New England Culinary Institute (NECI) and received her Diplome Culinaire. From there, Anna embarked on an exciting 20+ year professional culinary adventure that has taken her talents and tastes worldwide. Career highlights include La Chiberta in Paris, France and the former Hotel Westbury Polo restaurant in New York City working under the guidance of Daniel Boulud and Patrice Boely.
